Wash Care
Care Guide
We want your Fit2Fly pieces to last. Proper care keeps fabrics soft, colours rich, and logos intact. Follow the quick guide below, then check the fabric-specific notes for best results.
Quick Guide
- Machine wash cold (30°C) with similar colours on a gentle cycle.
- Turn garments inside out — especially items with logos, prints, hologram/metallics, glitter, and velvet.
- Use a mild detergent. No bleach and no fabric softeners.
- Do not wring or twist.
- Hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fit, stretch, and logos.
- Do not iron prints, hologram/metallics, glitter, mesh, or velvet. If needed, use a cool iron on the reverse of plain bamboo, supplex, or twill only.
- Wash delicate items in a mesh laundry bag and keep away from rough surfaces or Velcro.
Fabric-Specific Notes
Bamboo, Bamboo Terry & Bamboo Fleece
Wash cold, reshape, and hang/lay flat to dry. Avoid heat—high temperatures can shrink or fuzz the fabric.
Supplex
Durable with great compression. Wash cold; hang to dry to maintain elasticity and recovery.
Velvet
Turn inside out and use a mesh bag. Hang to dry. Do not iron or tumble dry. Lightly brush the pile after drying if needed.
Metallic, Hologram & Glitter
Turn inside out; wash cold, gentle cycle. No heat, no ironing. Expect a little sparkle transfer; store away from rough items.
Mesh & Lace
Hand wash preferred or delicate cycle in a mesh bag. Lay flat to dry. Avoid contact with zippers, rings, and rough surfaces.
Stretch Twill & Waffle Knit
Wash cold with similar colours. Hang or lay flat to dry; if absolutely necessary, tumble dry low and remove promptly. Cool iron on reverse only (no logos/prints).
Logos & Prints
Always wash inside out. Avoid dryer heat and never iron directly over the logo/print to prevent lifting or cracking.
Stain Care
Treat promptly. Dab with a small amount of mild liquid detergent; do not rub. Avoid solvent stain removers or oxygen bleach on metallics, velvet, and printed areas.
Storage
Allow garments to dry completely before storing. Fold or hang away from direct sunlight. Keep metallic/hologram pieces separate to prevent sticking or abrasion.
